Monitoring

Based on the motto "trust is good, monitoring is better", we use state-of-the-art technologies for 100% good products.  These include moment testing during the capping process, defect inspection via augmented reality, or the use of light to localize sources of interference. Sensors and cameras check for presence, position, orientation or damage; integrated weighing technology takes samples or monitors complete batches.

  • Maximum machine availability and consistently high product quality
Process: Automation
Automation

Automation options along the entire production line help improve productivity and throughput. Automations can also be directly integrated in the filling and closing machine, as well as in the cartoning machine.  You have the choice with the feed: From classic feeders such as vibrating sorters to variable robotics.

  • Process a wide range of packaging in different formats on one line
  • Gentle handling of your components
