Telescopic active discharge

Description

Telescopic active discharge belt, driven by 2 frequency-controlled motors. Variable belt length to compensate different welding station positions.

One package lies behind the welding station and the next incoming package pushes the first package onto the discharge conveyor.

The active discharge system drives completed packages out of the sealing area in a consistent and continuous flow. This consistent flow with packages spaced evenly apart allows for smooth operation of the downstream packaging equipment.

Variable speed drive system allows the package spacing to be tailored to each package code and the requirements of the down-stream automation
