Piano finger wicket chain

Description

Spools on secondary chain for bag stack stabilization are replaced by automatic solution.

Automatic bag stack stabilization with individual 3D printed 1” piano fingers attached to the infeed chain (completely new chain included). The bag stack pushes the fingers down. The result is that the bag stack is stabilized with a left and a right finger staying in upper position. Piano fingers are automatically lifted back in upper position at 180° chain turns.

Manual loading still possible.

Please note: Piano finger chain is required for COBOT use.
