Flexible turning wheel

Description

Count changes can be executed up to a range of 35 mm with “Push Button” approach. For product changes, the touching effort is reduced to a minimum. The new unit will be equipped with MPL or VPL servo drives. Size part kit is not included. 

Please note:

  • Cassette length restricted to 259mm / Cassette width restricted to max. 140mm
  • max. product length 230mm / max. product height 130mm / max. compression stroke 25mm
  • count adjustment range: 35mm

On older machines the limits may change. 

Bar conveyor swiveling unit need to be upgraded to reach the full standard size range.
