OPTIMA honors 55 employees

At the jubilee and farewell celebration on November 25, 2022, Optima honored a total of 55 employees for their many years of service and said goodbye to some of them in retirement. The ceremony took place at the Hotel Hohenlohe in Schwäbisch Hall and was attended by Hans Bühler, Managing Partner of the Optima Group, Jan Glass, Managing Director/CFO of the Optima Group and Philipp Heinle, representing the Optima Works Councils.

This year's jubilee and farewell celebration was quite special: due to the Corona pandemic and the related restrictions on events during the past two years, jubilarians from the years 2020, 2021 and 2022 were honored at the end of November. Farewells were said to 17 retirees for 2022. The retirees from 2020 and 2021 had already been honored in the respective previous years. The anniversaries were divided as follows: 26 employees who have been with Optima for 25 years, 14 employees who have been with the company for 40 years and two employees who have been with Optima for a full 50 years.

Stefan Burk, Rene Collin, Holger Frey, Timo Hanselmann, Oliver Vogelmann, Thomas Hartmann, Kerstin Roth, Monika Zetto, Thomas Braun, Marc Greiner, Ingo Haferkorn, Yvonne Kraus, Volker Czech, Jörn Dietrich, Elke Güse, Sven Kohl, Gerhard Otterbach, Wolfgang Rosenau, Maxim Schaaf, Alexej Schneider, Marcel Single, Angelika Stein, Timo Sterna, Gerhard Varnagy, Friedrich Zimmer and Anna Pfeifer celebrated their 25th anniversary. For this they were presented with an IHK certificate, an Optima silver coin and a gift basket.

As a thank you for 40 years of service, Ilse Tarko-Weber, Rainer Koch, Florian Reisenbüchler, Ralf Fischer, Friedrich Ludwig, Andreas Elgner, Albrecht Hannemann, Roland Brutzer, Ute Grimm, Gerhard Häfele, Erich Fuchs, Uwe Jenß, Heinz Ebert and Thomas Jung were presented with a certificate of honor from the state of Baden-Württemberg, an IHK certificate, an Optima gold coin and a gift basket.

Ulrich Burkart and Roland Kulik received a certificate of honor from the state of Baden-Württemberg, a certificate from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, a wristwatch and a gift basket for their 50 years of service.

Retired employees Ulrich Burkart, Rainer Feuchter, Dr. Jürgen Kuske, Rolf Dürr, Werner Feucht, Gerd Sprügel, Michael Wittmann, Petra Klein, Ilse Tarko-Weber, Norbert Dylla, Jörg Gaukel, Klaus Gwinner, Friedrich Ludwig, Martin Horlacher, Irina Strop, Gerhard Varnagy and Volker Burmeister received a wristwatch and a gift basket as a thank-you and farewell gift.
