Remote Support

Technical Expertise for Your Organization

Our experienced service professionals have multiple resources to assist with remote service support for your machines. Remote service provides a fast response time, quick elimination of machine issues, and online troubleshooting with no software installation required. We have two levels of remote support to best fit your needs. Level one support provides real-time support from an Optima expert using a phone, tablet, computer, or interactive video chat. No additional software or accessories are needed. Our experienced technicians will connect with someone at your facility to offer immediate and interactive support with document and image sharing capabilities allowing you to get your machine up and running quickly.

Level two support allows our experienced service technicians to access your machine remotely using a secure connection with hardware provided by Optima. This service option provides a secure link between your machine and Optima’s service specialist allowing remote access to view, up/download, and troubleshoot programs in the PLC and HMI. This option also allows the service technician to set and view machine trends real-time or to be notified of a significant event. This means concerns with your machine can be addressed quickly preventing extended downtime in your facility.
