Our knowledge and experience have shaped areas where it isn’t all that self-evident: Inspections, upgrades, modifications, and used machines. 

For changing requirements: Machines from Optima can be easily modified, overhauled, and upgraded. To prepare for changing requirements, you will receive a comprehensive inspection report, including a variety of options regarding the best approach. If needed, our specialists will not only evaluate the machines, they will audit the entire packaging process and document the results. This guarantees a sound basis for further decisions. In general, however, we recommend customized inspection and support contracts. These contracts provide safety in daily operation and protection against production downtimes. 

In addition, Optima’s used machines – upgraded to state-of-the-art level – are often a viable alternative and are offered with full Optima warranty.

The training contents include everything from machine optimization, product parameter settings to competent operation and maintenance practices.
