Our knowledge and experience have shaped areas where it isn’t all that self-evident: Inspections, upgrades, modifications, and used machines. 

For changing requirements: Machines from Optima can be easily modified, overhauled, and upgraded. To prepare for changing requirements, you will receive a comprehensive inspection report, including a variety of options regarding the best approach. If needed, our specialists will not only evaluate the machines, they will audit the entire packaging process and document the results. This guarantees a sound basis for further decisions. In general, however, we recommend customized inspection and support contracts. These contracts provide safety in daily operation and protection against production downtimes. 

In addition, Optima’s used machines – upgraded to state-of-the-art level – are often a viable alternative and are offered with full Optima warranty.

Everything you need to know about operation and maintenance. Optima offers training with customized contents for specific target groups. The training contents include everything from machine optimization, product parameter settings to competent operation and maintenance practices. The training can be conducted on site at your facility, at our headquarters in Schwaebisch Hall, or at one of the subsidiary locations.

Technical documentation explains step-by-step all necessary processes of the workflow. A linked CD ROM version is attached to each hardcopy of the Instruction Manual. The technical documentation is meant as a supplement and follow-up to training on machine commissioning. 

You will also receive a digital spare parts catalog for tracking spare parts. An easy identification of spare parts items is guaranteed with clearly structured illustrations of all relevant modules and related components.
