Complaints procedure for the supply chain due diligence act

Optima pays highest attention to its compliance with laws, regulations and internal guidelines. You can report  incidents of human rights violations and environmental offences that affect the Optima Groups own business operations worldwide as well as direct suppliers via the Optima Group complaints portal.

LkSG Report

According to § 10 (2) LkSG, Optima is obliged to prepare a report on the fulfilment of due diligence obligations and to make it publicly available. The report is available in German.
