At the Chamber of Industry and Commerce's (IHK) awards ceremony on November 5th, 2025, at the Tauberphilharmonie Weikersheim, the best trainees from the region were honored for their outstanding exam results. Among them were six young talents from Optima who completed their training with a grade of “very good” – a result that corresponds to at least 92 out of 100 points in the final exam.
The IHK honored a total of 130 trainees from the Heilbronn-Franken chamber district, six of whom are among the best in the state and country. The festive gala provided the graduates with a fitting setting to celebrate their achievements, accompanied by musical performances and words of ap-preciation from the worlds of business and politics.
Six trainees from Optima were delighted to receive the coveted award: Max Hartmann, mecha-tronics engineer as part of his cooperative study program, Lukas Schneider, mechatronics engi-neer, Jonah Sprenger, mechatronics engineer as part of his cooperative study program, Thea Goldschmidt, mechatronics engineer, Samuel Rößler, industrial mechanic, and Mathias Ru-dolph, industrial mechanic.
“This award is a strong indication of the quality of our training and the commitment of our junior staff,” says Heike Brenner from the Optima training team. “We are proud of our trainees and con-gratulate them warmly on this success.”
