The Optima Packaging Group honored its long-standing employees and this year's retirement candidates in a festive ceremony. The anniversary and retirement celebration is an integral part of the corporate culture and an expression of appreciation for the people who have contributed significantly to the success of the company with their loyalty, commitment, and work performance.
“Each and every one of you has contributed to making Optima the internationally successful company it is today,” emphasized Hans Bühler, managing partner, in his speech. “Future generations will benefit from the knowledge, experience, and example set by our long-standing colleagues.”
Optima has undergone significant development in recent decades – technologically, structurally, and culturally. The world of work has changed, but values such as loyalty, collegiality, and innovation have remained. Many of those honored could tell exciting stories from their professional lives—from their beginnings in production to today's digital processes. Not only the celebrations themselves provide space for such memories, but also the Optima retiree group, which meets regularly and maintains contact with the company.
