Last week, the Optima Group held a ceremony to honor its 2025/2026 graduates. A total of 32 apprentices and 7 dual-track students successfully completed their vocational training between summer 2025 and spring 2026. The graduation ceremony brought together young professionals, training teams, and representatives from Human Resources.
The results of this year’s cohort once again underscore the high quality of vocational training at Optima: Nine graduates received an award, eleven were honored with a commendation, and six young professionals were recognized at the Heilbronn-Franken Chamber of Industry and Com-merce awards ceremony for their exceptional performance. These awards underscore both the strong motivation of the young professionals and the technical quality of the training program.
“Vocational Training means developing professional skills, taking on responsibility, and growing personally. The graduates have laid a solid foundation upon which they can continue to build their professional futures. Continuous learning, courage, and curiosity remain central building blocks for this,” says Rainer Probst, Team Leader Vocational Training.
The graduates are: Marius Almasi, Lenyia Druckenmüller, Marius Eichbauer, Tobias Faraone, Leandro Funk, Sebastian Galvas, Fabian Geiersbach, Dennis Geyer, Thea Goldschmidt, Lars Haack, Lara Hahn, Max Hartmann, Lukas Heinke, David Herzog, Max Itzinger, Daniel Klick, Marvin Kröner, Silas Kurz, Luca Maier, Alina Otterbach, Louis Philipp, Jannik Renz, Gabriela Romero Ribeiro, Samuel Rößler, Ronny Rott, Mathias Rudolph, Maximilian Schlossarek, Nils Schmölzer, Cedric Schneck, Lukas Schneider, Anna Schweizer, Ahmad Shaal, Kamilla Shevtsova, Jonah Sprenger, Jennifer Thut, Ruben Weber, Marcel Wolf, Erik Wurst, and Thimo Ziegler.
Optima emphasizes the importance of the commitment shown by its trainers, whose ongoing professional guidance and personal support play a key role in ensuring successful completion of training programs. The company has traditionally placed a high priority on developing its own talent, and this remains a cen-tral component of its long-term strategy to secure a skilled workforce.
