Success stories, accolades, and a new training center: Optima demonstrates what modern talent development looks like. Numerous apprentices and students impressed with top grades at the graduation ceremony for the class of 2025. The company continues to invest in their future.

At Optima, high-quality training is a top priority. The company deliberately creates conditions that allow young talents to fully develop their potential—both professionally and personally. A strong sign of this commitment: In May, Optima officially opens a new training center equipped with the latest technology. There, apprentices and students benefit from an experienced training team that supports and mentors them individually—with proven success. Time and again, Optima talents are recognized for their outstanding achievements.

This is also evident in the current graduating class, which celebrated their achievements in March: 29 of the 32 apprentices and students achieved good to excellent final grades, with averages ranging from 1.0 to 2.4. As a token of appreciation for their dedication and motivation, Optima awarded them a financial bonus.

Seventeen apprentices were able to shorten their training by six months due to their exceptional performance. Five of these “fast-trackers” achieved grade point averages between 1.0 and 1.4. In recognition of this top performance, they were honored by the Heilbronn Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) at the 2024 IHK Best Performer Awards. Optima’s young talents also shine in vocational schools: six apprentices received awards, and nine others received commendations for outstanding academic achievements.

Two of the successful graduates—Milan Joos and Raphael Kiesel—are opening a new chapter at Optima: starting in October, they will begin dual study programs in electrical engineering at Optima Pharma.

With the new training center and numerous accolades, it is clear: training at Optima is not only an investment in people—it is an investment in the company’s future.
