There is much technology required before skincare products make it to the shelf – ensuring that texture, active ingredients, and hygiene are perfectly aligned. The answer lies in a highly advanced filling and packaging process, using Optima’s next-generation machine technology.

From the formulation to the finished jar

Before a cream reaches the shelf, both its inner and outer qualities need to be just right. The skincare formula is developed, blended, and prepared according to the highest quality standards. It's essential that the consistency, active ingredients, and hygiene are preserved throughout – which is why processing takes place under strictly controlled conditions.

The filling process involves several precisely coordinated steps. First, the containers are thoroughly cleaned to remove any potential residue from manufacturing or transport. Next, the cream is dispensed in an exact, predefined amount. Since many formulas are sensitive to temperature, optimal conditions must be maintained during filling.
Modern production systems perform this task with impressive precision and high speeds. Up to 200 containers can be filled and processed per minute - while ensuring accurate fill volume and high product quality.

Finally, each jar is securely sealed and closed – protecting it from external factors such as germs, light, and air. This preserves the effectiveness of the formula and ensures maximum shelf life and hygiene.

At the same time, the systems must remain flexible, as not every cream comes in the same jar. On the contrary – the containers can vary greatly in shape, size, and material.
